The name of Tsumagoi, which has a beautiful sound, is derived from Yamato Takeru.

According to the legend that he stood at the Torii Pass in Mt.Azumaya and mourned, "Azumahaya (Oh my wife)" in memory of his late wife.

As a result, the eastern country of this cocoon was named Azumakoku and the place name of Tsumagoi(Loving wife) was named after this event.

The life of “love your wife”, which may be a traditional culture unique to Japan, based on the ideal that “the world will become a little richer and more peaceful if there are more people who value the wife, the most familiar person.”

“Japan Aisaika Organization(=Japanese wife-loving association)” was established to spread the style to the world, and we are working on village development in cooperation with each other. “Screaming love to my wife at the center of cabbage field (commonly known as“Kyabechu”)”(← above video). There is also an event.

Currently, Tsumagoi Village is promoting the “Trip to Make Time with My Wife” (← video below) for a couple to travel around Tsumagoi Village.
