Set in the peaceful highlands of Tsumagoi Village, the Asama Rhododendron Garden offers a beautiful seasonal escape surrounded by wide-open farmland and mountain scenery.
Each year from early to late May, the garden fills with blooming rhododendrons, bringing soft color and a sense of early summer to the landscape.
Visitors can enjoy the area at their own pace along simple walking paths, making it an easy stop for anyone looking to spend a little time in nature.
The flowers begin just a short walk from the parking area, so you can take in the views and blossoms without needing to hike far.
